  • Be fully cared for throughout your pregnancy and birth. Choosing to have a birth doula honors the profound transformation that is taking place as you prepare to welcome your baby.

    Having someone by your side who is educated in evidence-based birth practices and whose sole purpose is to support and advocate for you can be a powerful resource to bring into your birth space. Alongside helping you navigate your birth experience, I provide continuous, non-medical comfort measures, emotional support, and reassurance—helping you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the journey.

  • Postpartum is a tender time—a time to bond with your baby, rest, replenish, and heal. As your postpartum doula, I care for you as you care for your little one, creating space for you to rest and receive the care you deserve.

    My support may include processing your birth experience, breastfeeding support, light tidying, and caring for your baby while you take that well-earned shower or nap. Around the world, traditions have long recognized the importance of this delicate time, weaving intentional postpartum care into a new mother’s recovery.
